Frequently Asked Questions
Your My Auto Coupons membership expires 1 year from the date that you start your membership. You will be able to redeem your coupons from the auto service location of your choice for the entire year of your membership. Once you use all your coupons, you can repurchase any offers again.
Payments for auto service coupon packages are one-time payments for one years’ worth of coupons. At the end of the year, we will notify you of the renewal and give you a choice to continue your membership with the same auto service location or choose a new package with a new service location.
The My Auto Coupons refund policy gives you the peace of mind to try new local auto service centers that you may not have considered before.
You can return any unredeemed coupon package for a refund of the amount paid within the first 2 days after purchase. After that, all sales are final.
Yes, you can cancel your membership for a refund within 48 hours after purchase.
Your coupons are available immediately upon purchase of your membership package to the auto center of your choice. Coupons are available to view and activate inside your customer portal. Any coupons you’ve chosen to activate are redeemable at your auto service center within 10 days of download, were they will verify the voucher code on their system.
To redeem a coupon:
- Login to your account, select the individual coupon(s) you want to use from your package.
- Download and or print out your coupon and bring it to your auto service center.
Your auto service center will type in their voucher code to activate and fully redeem your coupon for the services you need on your vehicle.
